✔ Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✔ Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry is non-refundable unless there is a defect.
✔ Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defects or incorrect items sent.
